A Little Heads-Up (And a One-Off Black Friday Surprise) 🎁
It's All About People - 27th November 2025
READ TIME - 4 minute read

I’m popping into your inbox today with something a little different — and if you’ve been here a while, you’ll know we don’t usually do this.
In fact, we’ve never done a Black Friday offer before.
But… this year, we decided to try something new.
A One-Off Black Friday Offer — And You’re Hearing About It Early
Last week, we quietly shared an early-access offer with our existing training clients, giving them the chance to secure 2026 management and leadership training at 2025 prices.
Well… they moved quickly. Quite a few of the blocks have already been snapped up, and Black Friday isn’t even here yet.
Because you’re one of our regular readers, I wanted to give you a heads-up one day early, in case developing your managers is something on your radar for next year. Here are the essentials:
🎓 The Black Friday Training Offer (One-Off)
You can secure a block of management and leadership training for 2026 at a reduced rate.
The block includes:
6 full training days or
12 half-day sessions
These can be used for any mix of topics including:
Managing Performance
Difficult Conversations
Absence Management
Time Management
Mastering Delegation
Effective Communication
Managing Conflict
Coaching & Mentoring
Train the Trainer
Neurodiversity Awareness
Menopause Awareness
EDI
Sexual Harassment Awareness
Mental Health Champions
…or any other topic you need (we can tailor or create bespoke sessions).
If you’d like to discuss whether this would benefit your organisation in 2026, you can book a call with me here:

And that’s it — sales hat off.
I promise this is a one-off and not the new tone of the newsletter.
Why We Believe So Strongly in Management Training (Sales Aside)
Putting price and promotions aside for a moment, here’s the truth: People don’t leave organisations… they leave managers.
Good management training changes everything:
Conversations become clearer
Issues are addressed earlier
Confidence increases
Wellbeing improves
Teams perform better
Retention stabilises
And most importantly?
Managers feel supported, not overwhelmed.
It’s one of the simplest, most effective investments a business can make — whichever provider you choose.
And If You’re Reviewing HR Support for 2026…
Lots of businesses are taking stock right now.
If you’re one of them, here are three things I’d genuinely encourage you to look for in an HR partner:
1. Advice that’s practical, not theoretical
You need someone who will tell you what your options are and let you decide - we will never tell you that you cannot do something - we might just strongly advice against it if putting your organisation at risk.
2. Speed and accessibility
When you have an issue, you don’t want to wait hours — or days. You want someone who knows your business and can help immediately.
3. A partner, not a call centre
The best HR support blends employment law expertise with an understanding of people, culture, values and behaviour.
