Most of us have been back at work for a couple of weeks now - and some of you may be feeling that January slump.

The excitement and social whirlwind of December seems so long ago and possibly pay day feels like a long way off!

As I sit here writing this at my desk in the office, I am still smiling at my wonderful Secret Santa presents - and yes it make me well up when I opened it at our team lunch on our last day in December.

If I ever struggle with motivation this year, I will simply look at these and our client thank you wall and I’ll feel better.

You see recognition and appreciation are key human needs, so read on to find our more about how you can motivate your team without breaking the bank.

✅ Celebrate Small Wins: Motivation thrives on progress. Recognising and celebrating even minor achievements helps teams build momentum and stay energised. 🏆

💡 Top Tip: Building engagement starts with understanding your team’s needs. Consider running a quick survey or informal one-to-ones to learn what truly motivates your employees.
