Most of us have been back at work for a couple of weeks now - and some of you may be feeling that January slump.
The excitement and social whirlwind of December seems so long ago and possibly pay day feels like a long way off!
As I sit here writing this at my desk in the office, I am still smiling at my wonderful Secret Santa presents - and yes it make me well up when I opened it at our team lunch on our last day in December.
If I ever struggle with motivation this year, I will simply look at these and our client thank you wall and I’ll feel better.

✅ Celebrate Small Wins: Motivation thrives on progress. Recognising and celebrating even minor achievements helps teams build momentum and stay energised. 🏆
