One of the things I hear most from clients is:
“They’re great at their job… but they’ve just been thrown into management.”

And that’s how it starts for so many people—one minute you’re the go-to team member, the next you’ve got line management responsibilities, and no idea what a good 1:1 looks like.

The technical term? Accidental manager. And there are thousands of them across UK workplaces.

They want to do well, but they’ve never had the training. And they’re often too busy, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start.

We’ve been helping organisations support managers for years—but I’m especially proud to say that from 14th July, we now offer CMI-accredited e-learning, meaning your people can learn at their own pace, on their own schedule, and without breaking the budget.
